I just received an advertisement in the mail for a real estate seminar. I'm sure if you've been involved with real estate investing for any time you're probably getting invitations to seminars just like me. If you've been added to as many mailing lists I have, you probably get 2 or 3 a week.
Fast quick cash advertisement talks about how they will teach you how to flip properties quickly, legally and ethically. It specifically emphasizes that you can make money now without having to wait for appreciation. In soft markets, I bet that is attractive to a lot of investors.
It talks about how you don't need any money in or to make money in real estate. It says the only thing you need is knowledge and a burning desire to succeed.
While I mostly agree with the above statement, I do discuss in another article and wrote how having at least some money can make your real estate investing business much more likely to succeed and easier.
The advertisement goes on to talk about finding an unlimited supply of investors as your buyers. In fact, this is one of the most common instant cash loans.
I would go on to say that there are so many deals out there in today's market, finding investors to sell your deals to be probably the most important thing to learn.
